An internal-use branded video was created to introduce the culture of Claritas to new employees during their onboarding process. Shot in a single day at a company-wide conference, the video captures the perspectives of Claritas' employees on their culture.

Responsibilities involved on-location setup, recording, and breakdown. Serving as the Director of Photography (DP), the task included directing the interviewer and interviewees for optimal shots and audio. The editing process focused on crafting a cohesive and engaging story, integrating provided assets, and supplementing with additional shoot b-roll. Notably, color grading played a crucial role in achieving a seamless look, especially given the context of additional videos recorded in a Zoom meeting setting. The role also encompassed mentoring a new co-op in video production on location and live shoot footage editing.
